Very convenient location, clean and comfortable, with kind and professional staff. I would stay there again.

The hotel is close to the Hiroshima Station where you can find anything you need. Thought the hotel was a bit old but it is clean enough.

Green Rich Hotel Hiroshima Shinkansenguchi is in the perfect location, a couple minutes walk from Hiroshima Station, shinkansenguchi. There is a 24/7 convenience store less than a minute walk away, between the hotel and the station that is perfect for grabbing a quick breakfast/coffe or end of the day beer. The room is quite small for Western standards but within Japanese hotel standards (mostly all Japanese hotel rooms are small). The bed and pillows were sufficient and you could get extra pillows and other supplies near the elevator. There is a basket of amenities downstairs in the lobby with things like coffee, brushes, and toothbrushes. The shower comes with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Room cleaning and towel refresh is available daily. There is a small mini-fridge perfect for storing leftovers or drinks. The 5th floor has a washing machines, dryers, and vending machines near the elevator. I didn't try the breakfast, but it looked like a take-out style box of onigirazu rice balls. I would stay here again as it is convenient, clean, and a great value.

curfew at 11pm takes a lot away from the experience of Hiroshima. I understand it's the policy but there is no satisfactory pubs for after hours.

Onsen had a cold pool which a few don't. Really close to the station

Small rooms and uncomfortable hard beds. Breakfast was Japanese style it was just an Onigiri so even though we paid for breakfast we didn’t end up having it we went to McDonald’s.

If customer is vegetarian then the breakfast should be vegetarian. The location is at good place.

You can quickly hop on the sightseeing bus from bus stop number 2 which is very near the hotel. It is also easy to go to Miyajima Island by JR San-yo Line. There are also lots of good food choices nearby, specially inside Hiroshima Station. There is also a Family Mart convenience store just outside the hotel.The room rates are very affordable. We booked 2 rooms, a double and a twin and paid approximately JPY20,000 total. The rooms are basic and small, common in most Japanese business hotels, but clean and functional. The beds and pillows are comfortable, too. Room air conditioning and wifi work well. The facilities are likewise basic and the included breakfast is an onigiri pack.If you are on a budget and looking for a good hotel near Hiroshima Station, Green Rich Hotel is your best choice.
